Flags by Susan has not authorized any person or company to assume, on its behalf, any liability in connection with the materials supplied not to increase the scope of the warranty. The goods when properly constructed, shall meet the specifications listed on website. All materials are free of defects in workmanship. To speed up delivery, processing of your order is immediate. If you are concerned with any application, please consult your local contractor or code official prior to purchase. Please make sure you have selected the product that best meets your needs.

Pre-Payment Required on All Orders
Because of the high demand for our products we require that ALL orders be pre-paid including back-ordered items. The only way we can assure that you receive a back-ordered item is if the item is pre-paid. Otherwise your item will be shipped to another customer that has pre-paid. If you order something and it is back-ordered and you do not wish to pre-pay we will refund your money and let you know when (if) the item is in stock and ready to ship so you can place your order again.
Deposit Payments
When a credit card payment is made for a deposit on an order the customer authorizes FlagsbySusan.com to charge the balance due for the order to the credit card if no other form of payment is received.
Out of Stock Items
On any items ordered that are not in stock or not available for shipping, FlagsbySusan.com may cancel the order and refund the order.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your purchase if you have ordered an incorrect product, but please do not damage the packaging or remove the tags and/or protective coverings from your merchandise until you’ve determined that it’s the right size.
All exchanges must receive approval within 10 days from receipt of goods. We will not accept any exchanges without an RA number–packages sent to us without a valid RA number will be refused! We want you to be happy with your purchase and with our service! However, making exchanges takes time, money and effort. For this reason we have established a 18% restocking fee on all exchanges.
All merchandise exchanged must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition and must include all original undamaged packaging and instructions as well as all tags, protective covers, and other items that may have been attached to the merchandise. Not doing this may result in your return being refused. Please insure all packages returned, as we’re not responsible for goods received damaged. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped adequately and you may be charged to send them back.

Returns
FlagsbySusan.com will not accept returned goods without prior approval in the form of an RA number. Packages sent to us without a valid RA number will be refused!! Requests must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods. Refused orders and/or returns made without exchanges shall be subject to a restocking/handling charge. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid as FlagysbySusan.com will not accept any returns sent COD. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges for any return or exchanges.
All returned merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition, and include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags, instructions, etc. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges. Any Special Order items not returnable. Please be sure you want them before ordering!!
All returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days from the date the RA is issued! Any returned items that do not follow the most general guidelines will be returned and no credits will be issued.
Defective Merchandise
All defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer, not by FlagsbySusan.com. Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Shipping charges on defective merchandise are not refundable.
Delivery of Merchandise
If you refuse or otherwise do not accept delivery of your order you are responsible for all outgoing and return freight charges and any storage charges that may be incurred. Additionally, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We require that someone is available to receive and sign for delivery.
